Incredible. As simple as i can put it. The pimento cheese is as good as I've ever had. Along with the awesome burger, fries, brews, and great service. Do yourself a favor and stop in! Edit, stopped again today for my 2nd visit, just as awesome as the 1st time! Incredible place!
Phenomenal service and delicious food. There is a great variety of dishes and reasonable prices to fit your taste that evening. Great variety of cocktails and specialty drinks. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Overall 5 stars all the way around.
The Railyard is one of my wife's favorite places, and it's easy to see why. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is always friendly, and the food never disappoints. The fried shrimp appetizer is a must-try and one of my personal favorites. Their burgers are outstanding—easily some of the best you'll find within a 50-mile radius. Everything we've ordered has been fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Whether you're looking for a casual dinner, a date night spot, or a place to enjoy great food with friends and family, The Railyard is well worth the visit. We always look forward to coming back.
Amazing! The fried green tomatoes were amazing. The unexpected pimento cheese and bacon jam really steps it up a notch. The Cubano sandwich also has an unexpected element. The sweet but spicy wickles make it so yummy!
Wow! I’m traveling for work and stopped in to the Railyard yesterday. Had a Breakfast Stout and a Spuds McKenze with a pretzel bun. Sat at the bar and Ava was great, along with the food! I am in town for a couple days, so I had to stop in again. A bunch of the staff talked to me throughout. Today I got the Founder’s Porter and the Spud McKenze again with a pretzel bun (did not want to try something else). This time I found out they have ghost pepper sauce and got a cup of that. The burger was already phenomenal, but this was a game changer. There was actually a kick to the ghost pepper sauce and it elevated the burger to a new level. The pimento cheese and curly fries mixed with jalapeños and the pretzel bun are amazing. Get the ghost pepper sauce if you order this burger! Since it was my last night, I had to try one of their milkshakes. I got the Duckie Stokes. Wow!! The mixture of the cold brew, cookie crumbles and espresso syrup just melts in your mouth. The bartender Michael was great! Answered all of my questions, and very accommodating. Great service! I wish I lived closer to this gem, but hopefully will be back in the area for work again!

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the beer selection was one of the best I’ve seen in the area, with plenty of great craft options to choose from. A special shoutout to Mac, our server, who was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about both the menu and the beer list, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. If you’re in Bluefield and looking for great food, cold beer, and top-notch service, The RailYard is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back!
I have to start with Makayla being one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered! Visited just before lunch rush; burger tasty and cooked to requested temperature, crispy flavorful rosemary garlic chips & onion dip. Highly recommend The RailYard, will be returning customers.
Always a joy coming in here while in Bluefield! It’s consistently enjoyable food, kind and friendly staff and good. The food menu rotates on occasion and makes you excited to see what they come up with! Very creative kitchen staff! The burgers have excellent flavor, all appetizers we have tried are delicious and the desserts are quite the treat if you are looking for one! This is a true treasure! You can tell they take pride in the place too by noticing the little things. An employee was going around checking tables for gum that customers may have stuck under and had a scraper to remove if needed. That says something!
We were in the area for a conference and stopped by The RailYard to grab a bite to eat for lunch. The conference brought quite a few people into town, but even with the rush at the restaurant the staff (shoutout to Mac!) was kind and able to take care of us quickly. The food was really yummy and definitely hit the spot. The milkshake was very rich and creamy and totally worth getting!
The food was great, I had the Cowboy Killer and it was awesome. My favorite part of the meal was the tire ironed fries, best fries I've had in a long time. My wife is gluten free and they have gluten free buns which she really liked. Our server was amazing and it was an all around great experience. Will definitely go back!
